As we move, the deflection of space and time

This installation speaks of the individual and its effect on its surroundings. In the work a specific forrest odor is present sprayed continuously.

De wirework disrupts the spatial orientation and with the movement of the viewer also his sense of space and time. It raises questions about free will, our responsibility concerning eachother and the influence our direct environment has on our self-awareness.

The bright lights, the odor and the intensity of the wires make it very hard to focus and swiftly take the viewer to an intense meditative space where one needs to reconsider ones own being.
